Shipping Charges:

• Customers purchasing badges, stickers or keychain, regardless of the total purchase value, will incur a shipping minimum charge of Rs. 50 for delivery in India.
• Any Purchase above ₹399 products are shipped free of cost to customers.
• Any shipping charges applicable for returns are to be borne by the customers, subject to the Terms & Conditions outlined in the Return Policy.
• No additional transaction costs are levied for payments made via secure Netbanking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank transfer, or cheque payments.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available.

Order Processing and Arrival:

• Orders for Badges, stickers and keychains will be processed and shipped first, followed by other products.
• Upon completion of orders, there is a 24-hour confirmation window during which changes can be made by contacting our team.
• Orders typically require 3 to 5 days of processing time and will be shipped after passing quality checks.
• Delivery usually occurs within 10-15 working days. However, unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, acts of God, or other disruptions may extend delivery times.
• Orders completed on Sundays or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day, subject to Terms & Conditions outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.

• Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been dispatched.
